1. Acceptance

By using Compressly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. The service

Compressly provides free tools to compress and convert files. Tools are provided "as is", for lawful use only.

3. Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal content or content you have no right to process.
Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service (e.g. automated mass requests).
Do not use the service to infringe anyone's rights.

4. Intellectual property

The Compressly name, design and code belong to XCORP. You keep all rights to the files you process.

5. Limitation of liability

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee the service is error-free. Compressly is not liable for any loss arising from use of the tools. Always keep a backup of your original files.

6. Changes

These terms may change over time; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
